Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
  • The contest is open to legal residents of India  who are 18 years or older.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Dr. Oetker India Private Limited “Dr. Oetker” and their subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.
  • The contest is void where prohibited by law.
  1. Contest Period:
  • The contest begins on 1st day of November 2024 to 30th day of April 2025 --------(the "Contest Period").
  • All entries must be received by -------End Date 30th April 2025----- at ----Time 11.59 PM-------.
  1. How to Enter:
  • To enter, participants must purchase  minimum one Jar of  ‘Dr. Oetker FUNFOODS Peanut Butter’ during the Contest Period i.e. atleast one of the below mentioned jars

  • Participant must scan the  QR Code printed on the Cap Sticker or log on FunFoodsPeanutButter.rewardzpromo.com.
  • Participant must enter details (like Name, Location and Mobile etc.) along with 7-digit unique code printed on wad seal under the cap of Jar of  ‘Dr. Oetker FunFoods Peanut Butter’.
  • Participants must enter this unique code on the contest website at FunFoodsPeanutButter.rewardzpromo.com
  1. Prizes:
  • The prize consists of a 5gm Silver Coin (value approx. ₹750-780 per coin)
  • The total number of silver coins available to be won is 120.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
  • Contest winners will be contacted individually and would be required to provide proof of address details through a Govt. Registered ID (Aadhar Card / Pan Card etc)
  1. Winner Selection and Notification:
  • One (1) lucky winner will be selected randomly on a daily basis from 01st Oct 2024 to 30th April 2025 from all valid entries received and will win a 5gm Silver Coin every day for 61-days.
  • Selected winners will be notified via phone, etc. within -------7-day period time frame---- after the draw.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize and provide necessary shipment details (valid Address Proof) within -------7-working days of being contacted time frame---, ‘Dr. Oetker’ reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  1. Verification of Winners:
  • All winners are subject to verification by ‘Dr. Oetker’.
  • Winners must provide valid identification to claim their prize.
  • If any winner is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  1. Rights Granted by Participants:
  • By entering the contest, participants grant ‘Dr. Oetker’  the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  • Participants agree that their entry is original and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • ‘Dr. Oetker’ is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections.
  • ‘Dr. Oetker’ is not responsible for any unauthorized human intervention, technical malfunctions, or other issues that may affect the entry process or the contest.
  1. Privacy:
  • Personal information collected from participants will be used only for the purposes of the contest and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the contest.
  1. Governing Law:
  • The contest is governed by the laws of India, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. The Courts of Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction to  resolve any dispute.
  1. General Conditions:
  • ‘Dr. Oetker’ reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or force Majeure conditions.
  • Any attempt by any participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law and any other law for time being in force, and should such an attempt be made, ‘Dr. Oetker’ reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • The contest is sponsored by ‘Dr. Oetker’, located at its registered office situated at plot no. 211, First Floor, Okhla Industrial Estates, Phase -III,  New Delhi -110020.
